Q: How much does it weigh. Is it heavy, over 40 pounds?
a year agoA: 🤔Ehhh... No more than any other Air Conditioner of the same size. So... Yeah, Probably around 40 pounds+. 😃 😏Just so you know... I noticed that my power usage actually went down from the Energystar Air Conditioner it replaced!!! Pretty amazing also because it's 4000 BTU's of cooling power more!!! Use the "ALEXA" Voice Control everyday and it's AMAZING!!! Once in a while you have to Re-Word whatever command your using... IE: To turn on/off, Change Temperature setting up or down, Etc. Alexa gets better with time and it's so much better than anything else!!! NOT Regretting my purchase AT ALL!!!👍😁

Q: Does this unit need to drain water somewhere or somehow. I don’t see any information on this in the manual.
a year agoA: I just have mine in my window and I have it on an angle so that water will drain if needed. So far I can't be sure if it is draining or not as I am in an apartment far from the ground lol I say be safe have it angled slightly down so if it does need to drain and from what I know of sir conditioning units they do need to drain.

2 years agoA: Yes you can install on a slider window. You will need to cut the plastic shield, it is a very easy job.
