The skillet was damaged - bent; the curb delivery Forced me to get out of the shop and wait in the car stall although I car by public transport vs allow customer to pickup in store.

A: It doesn’t get hot if the handle is off to the side away from the burner. It only becomes hot if it’s directly over the flame. When I use my pan I don’t need to use an oven-mitt.

A: Good day, The Rock coating contains no PFOA, PFAS, lead, cadmium, or nickel and is approved by the Health Canada regulations and is completely safe.

A: Good day, Thank you for your question. It is preferable to handwash in warm soapy water. For stain removal, make a paste of vinegar and baking soda and scrub with this. Please note that The Rock cookware is meant to be used on low to mediuum heat setting.
