Buyer beware

Out of the box, I felt these looked cheaper than a dollar store mug. Re-packaged the one I took out and went to the store for a refund. Despite shopping at Hanover store for years with the same info in their system and points card, using online ordering and having made returns, this time they refused. The item was packaged lke new, with receipt, points card and payment card. The woman would only accept the return with photo i.d. So buyer beware, if you want to buy anything in this store open it up completely while there to inspect it or expect an idiotic encounter at customer service.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Look good in the cupboard and I find they have a comfortable grip when holding onto the cup. Only thing I would change is I would like to see that these cups are dishwasher and microwave safe on the bottom ot the cups, not just on the box that they are shipped in.

I bought two sets of these for my mom's Christmas present. She really wanted a matching set of coffee mugs and I wanted to find something that wasn't overly decorated or "loud". These mugs have a really nice speckled look to them with a nice brown almost copper colorered rim that makes it have a nice finish. The feel of the cup feels textured and well made, it's thick and sturdy and holds quite a bit of coffee. They definitely drew a crowd to my mom of family that wanted to inspect the mugs. We couldn't wait to use them. Definitely 10/10 I want to now get some for myself
