Ghost nets are responsible for harming marine life through entanglement and the disturbance of reef environments. As of 2021, through the manufacturing of the Oceaware Collection, approximately 17,000 kgs of fishing nets have been removed from the East China Sea. Oceanware is crafted from recycled resins captured from discarded fishing nets. Utilizes existing waste from the ocean, reduces the need for virgin plastic and prevents harmful plastic pollution from breaking down in the world's oceans. Oceanware is an eco-friendly kitchen tool line. The handles capture the essence of the seashore with deep blue and aqua tones.

How can something this simple be so bad

Bought this to replace my old one. I didn’t think it was possible for it to be this bad. It’s physically hard to use, and it has this swinging basket that is awkward and makes a mess.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Poor design

2 years ago

This is not a garlic press. It is a garlic squash, as it is about as effective as taking a piece of garlic and stepping on it. The tolerances suck, meaning that more of the garlic goes out the sides than through the holes. I get most of the "pressed" garlic from cleaning out the unit. The curved edges on the press doesn't help matters as it guides the "pressed" garlic up the gaps in the side walls.
