Q: Do items such as eggs and meat stick to the bottom of the pan?

  • A: You need to prepare the pan. Heat it up with nothing in it, drop a few drops of water on it when think it’s hot enough it is ready when the beads water dance around. Then add your cooking oil quickly coat, button and add your food. Let food cook for a bit before trying to flip. Many videos out there showing proper technique.

  • A: well, the bigger question is why add salt to the water there is no point just don't do it. it's a placebo effect your mom probably did but was not needed. the whole will it boil fast is pointless keeping the quality of a pan over a possible few sec faster boil time is pointless.
