Q: Is the cooking surface aluminum or Teflon or just stainless steel? I am looking for stainless steel. Thank you.

Q: Is the pan size measured with or without rims?
5 years agoA: My recollection is that the measurement is with the rim, I could be wrong. I returned it as they were too big for my non-standard sized oven.
