A: I had never tried this pickling spice blend before and used it in a recipe for “green tomato chow chow”. It added a lovely flavour to the finished product. There isn’t a recipe on the bottle itself, but mentions to use in your own recipe the listed amount in a square of cheesecloth to create a spice bag. It worked very well.
