I didn’t have any issue with the tubes that the other reviewer had. Fit great in my old fiesta space maker bbq. Feels really solid.

Great burner, not so great venturi tubes

Pros: the burner is cast iron and heavy. It feels like a quality piece. It fits perfectly into my BBQ. I also "seasoned" the burner has you would a cast iron pan. Hopefully this gives it a protective coating against rust. Cons: the venturi tubes are awful quality. I saw another reviewer post a picture of a torn venturi tube. It feels as if they are made of thick aluminum foil wrapped over an articulating spring (like a Slinky). Despite being very careful, one of my venturi tubes developed a small tear while installing this burner. So I fixed it with some aluminum foil tape. In the end, this burner gave my 10 year old BBQ new life. And at half the price of other burners, I am content.
