I absolutely love this. I have had it for about a year. It takes a little longer to brew roughly 1/2 hour but the result is worth it. I have used it on an outdoor propane stove and inside the rv on the propane stove. It took a little less time inside. I also purchased a reusable filter for it.

Nice appliance with good brewing capacity, easy to clean, durable, and portable easy to take with you while going away to. A trip. It is decent. I can't say it's the best, but decent.

Q: Bought this product a year ago. Tried it 3 times. It never worked once. It took ages to brew and only ended with the basket being full of hot water and coffee grinds a dribble of coffee and grinds in the carafe. Disappointed Did I get the defective one?

Q: Is anyone else finding it takes 30-40 minutes to brew? I ended up modifying mine and placing the heat tube below the base boiler plate so it is in closer proximity to the flame, & now I can get a pot in 10-15 minutes.

A: Hello! Thank you for your question. Make sure it is getting hot enough. If that doesn't work, the hose inside the tank may not be connected. I have two of these, and they both work great. If you can't get yours to work by turning up the heat or finding an obvious problem inside the tank, then return it to the store where you purchased it.
