Does what it's supposed to. First things in were a couple of credit cards - chopped up in seconds. Had to stop and let it cool down halfway through a large grocery bag full of papers, but I won't have to let them pile up so high in future.

I bought it a week ago and so far it works fantastic. I use it for home use so it’s not heavy duty, but it does what it’s supposed to.. it doesn’t clog like my old machine so I’m happy

A: No idea. There is one issue: one point in the cutters have paper stuck and I can't remove the paper. Therefore the paper is not going thru evenly.
