Had to get a new faucet because the connecting collar for the sprayer hose broke. Fortunately, it does have a life time guarantee but the part is on backorder and a replacement won't arrive for 5-6 weeks. So ended buying a new of the same model. Other then that, the faucet works fine & easy to install.

Poor quality faucet

We got this as a warranty replacement for our discontinued faucet. We are extremely disappointed with the quality and the function. We even paid a plumber to help us with the installation. It wobbles back and forth the spout rotates all the way back and hits the backsplash. The pull out spout is wobbly. The quality of this faucet is awful compared to what we had before.

No, I do not recommend this product.

The faucet shouldn’t wobble, and you may want to check that the mounting hardware underneath is tight, securing the faucet to the deck of the sink. The faucet also includes a spacer meant to add extra support to the thin metal stainless steel sinks, if this is the case. As you may know, the faucet is backed by Pfister's Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser of the product, which covers the finish and function for as long as you own it.
