Good Value and easy to assemble. Just a quick note. Those who say it does not align is because they have the panels backwards. Look at their pictures and you will see the outer sides are not the same pattern. Ensure the main piece that folds has the pattern on the outside and it will align fine.
I bought a second one. Not sure how it will withstand the winter but so far it’s fine and works for me.
Bought it on clearance 45% off.

A: I have had this deck box for a winter now. It was covered with snow, rained on and generally out in the elements. Nothing got into the box over the winter. I would never suggest putting food into an outdoor storage box, because those critters have a marvelous sense of smell and a lot of ingenuity when it comes to getting to where food seems to be.

A: I’m probably not going to able answer this. My box is under a bunch of furniture and it would impossible to lower a bin inside to check if two would fit. What size are the recycle bins that you want to put inside? Having said that, I put a lot of stuff in my bin, so probably.

A: 22.5 width 21.5 depth 46.5 length My patio lounge cushions are 2' x 27" and the box is not large enough to accommodate them, although it is large enough to accommodate the back supports.
