Snowblower

I bought this in November 2025. Had a belt blow apart CT couldn’t get a replacement belt. Went to 4 other machine places and they couldn’t get the right size that was the Briggs and Stratton belt. Fought with CT to return it.

Fairly easy to put together. Ran beautifully the first time I used it. It has been used for just a couple of snowfalls so far. Let us see how this holds up.

Great machine! It throws at least 20 feet if not further and starts in -20 without issue or needing a plug-in. It’s a little heavy but self-propelled so not a big issue. Very happy with the purchase.

Had to return the first two, third one worked

I bought this snowblower online and picked it up in Bridgewater NS. When i got it home I found the steering mechanism has been pulled from the gear box. I brought it back and got a replacement - that one had a seized chute deflector cable. Canadian Tire came by later that day and gave me another replacement which so far runs fine

The snowblower works fine, so far, and is pretty much as advertised. The assembly instructions however were very poor and I had to resort to a Youtube video to figure out how to put it together.

Q: is there any ajustment to make the above unit go slower other than 1st gear and thottle..it moves way to fast for heavy snow and wants to crawl on top of it making it take many multible passess to do job.my old one had 6 gears also and 1st was very slow

A: No it doesn't come assembled , it took me about an hour to assemble. The handle and all the cables that attach to it require to be installed and the snow chute. You would have to contact your local Canadian tire store to see if they would assemble and what the cost would be.

A: There is NO switch......There is wiring on the side of the snowblower so maybe the wiring has disconnected??? Just follow the wire from the headlamp to the connection and see what you can find......There should be another wire where the 2 just plug into each other
