Horrible product - DON’T BUY!!!!!!

AVOID AVOID!!!
I bought 2 ceiling fans and got them installed by a certified electrician. Both fans were functioning. The biggest disappointment was the remote & the receiver that were not pairing. We eve tried adjusting the codes so they would be pairing together. I couldn’t stop or change the speed of the fan. At first i thought it was the first unit that had a problem. I went back to the store got another unit and same problem.
I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with the prduct. I paid the electrician 350$ and i have no fan! The issue is also reported by other reviewers.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Fan Works good, Remote and Controller are poor

I purchased and installed two of these fans about a month ago. Both fans have run 24/7 on low speed ever since without issue and the install went smoothly. I like the look and the relatively low hang down height (i think roughly 13-14 inches from ceiling to lowest point). The remotes however are pretty poor quality. The one remote didnt work at all and they shipped me a new one (for free). The other remote works BUT the dip switches to set the communication frequency on the remote and the controller are wired backwards. So i actually had to set the dip switches exactly opposite on the remote when compared to the controller for it to work. I stumbled upon this by accident when troubleshooting and I triple checked that it only works when the DIP switch settings are opposite. So if your remote doesnt work, it could be faulty liek one of mine was or it could just need the dip switch settings to be reversed from the fan controller.

Reversible 3-Speed Ceiling Fan with Remote

It says "Reversible 3-Speed Ceiling Fan with Remote." It is not. To reverse the fan, one has to manually flip the switch located on the fan itself; the remote does not have the option. The manual doesn't give ANY information whatsoever on how to program the remote controller to a specific fan. The included batteries were totally dead, so I had to run back to the store and buy batteries separately. I am not very happy.

Q: Hooked everything up and remote won't turn on the fan. Double checked for power, doubled checked all wiring. Red light on remote comes on when a fan speed is pushed, but doesn't start the fan.

A: The length of downrod is fixed so that the height from the ceiling to fan is fixed. If the fan is closed to the ceiling, the RPM is low and the fan can not cool the room. We strongly suggest to use the downrod.
