Was really good at the start, I’m not even 2 months into owning it and suction is lacking now. I’ve cleaned it according to instructions, charging is lacking. You get what you pay for.

Good unit, works as well as my Dyson.

Pretty good so far. Has more battery life than my upstairs Dyson. Actually enough power to suck onto carpets (in a good way). The dock doesn’t have built in charger so need to manually attach cable - expected compromise given the low price. So far I’m pleased to have spent $150 instead of $650 for a Dyson as I did before.

Purchased this product because our top well known brand gave out just under 3 years. This time we decided to go with this model based on reviews from Canadian Tire customers and other seller platforms. This far, it is proving to be just as good as any other brand model we have had in the past. And 1/3 of the price.

No suction

Have only used this vacuum for a few months and it has horrible suction. Initially vacuums things up but after you turn it off everything just falls right back out.

Q: I have this vacuum and when I try to vacuum my small area rug on MAX after it charges all night, it stops and blinks red. The canister is empty and nothing is stuck in the roller. Do I have a lemon? It is less than 6 months old and used very sparingly.

Additionally, do not use it on wet surfaces or surfaces with standing water. Regarding whether it will scratch hard floors, the machine is generally safe for standard hard floors. However, to ensure it is suitable for your specific flooring type, we recommend doing a small test in a localized area first before full application.
