I only had this for a few weeks but it works as expected, i.e. removes excess humidity within our apartment of approx 800sf. The only reason it did not get a 5 star is due to some design issues such as the catch container handle on the inside - it is secured by snapping it into three plastic clips but it is very hard to release it from those clips. Every time I need to do so I am afraid the clips will break, but more importantly I have to set the bucket on the floor and hold it down with one hand while releasing the handle - just not very practical and I think this could have been done better. Second design flaw in my opinion is the lack of setting the humidity levels to my liking. I thought I had it all figured out (based on the instruction it should be all set) but it keeps going to 50% humidity level setting no matter what I try. Thankfully, 50% works just fine for me, otherwise I would have returned the dehumidifier. Aside from those two, it works great for us!

Price was right. Easy to get home in the car. Easy to install. Has to be emptied often with the smaller bucket of 35 litres, but much cheaper than the 50 litre bucket.

Q: Why does the dehumidifier leaking water from underneath ?

A: Dans la partie inférieure de l'appareil, en fait dans sa partie la plus basse, il y a une petite pane qui sert de réservoir d'eau. Alors, placez votre déshumidificateur sur une serviette qui servira pour absorber l'eau. Nettoyer aussi le petit filtre en plastic escamotable au moins une fois par mois pour que votre appareil demeure efficace.
