    Defective floor wheel

    I've been intending on contacting Miele. We really like our Miele Boost CX1 Parquet, and we bought Miele because of the stories we have heard regarding quality. However one of the wheels underneath appears to be out of alignment, i.e. it didn't go into its position correctly, and as a result it does not freely turn without resistance. As a result it is getting scuffed as it drags over carpet and floor matts. So that is why I gave a 4-star rating. How do I get this resolved?
