Poor customer service/product returned twice/used product put back on shelf

Missing parts. The fan was returned & a more expensive fan was purchased. Once the 2nd fan was opened, black soot or oil fingerprints were discovered on the base& to of the fan. It was cleaned by myself, because I didn't want to return a second fan BUT on course inspection, the game was dirty & had black forks of something stick in it.
I returned the second fan and was given attitude by the customer service rep, even though I did a straight swap for a third fan! Very disappointed in the treatment and the fact that an obviously used & dirty product was put back on the shelf.

I like how this fan tilts straight up if you just want air circulation but not breeze. Lowest setting is very quiet, highest setting provides great white noise & strong air movement. Seems like a good quality fan for a low price.

A: On low it will drown out noise from the house and on medium it would do a great job on traffic noise. Just place the fan between you and the window or you and your bedroom door etc.

A: Merci pour votre demande. Pour nettoyer ce ventilateur, vous pouvez retirer la grille avant. À l'arrière, le bord extérieur du ventilateur se trouve une série de vis qui peuvent être desserrées (ne les retirez pas du ventilateur) pour vous permettre de retirer la grille avant.
