A very nice, very large toaster oven

This toaster oven is great. Cord is too short and it would be nice to know when it has preheated rather than watching the elements go out. Heats up very fast and cools down very fast.

Don't waste your money

I was so excited to replace my old Black and Decker toaster oven with this new one as it is bigger and has air fry setting. What a mistake!
This toaster over claims to have convection setting which is true and false at the same time. The way the air fry setting works is the elements heat up full blast and the convection fan comes on to blow the air around. AIR FRY IS THE ONLY SETTING THAT USES CONVECTION. There is no way to turn the convection fan on with any other setting other than air fry so you cannot use convection to bake as you would in a normal oven. Also if there is any oil on the food you want to air fry the oil will drip down onto the bottom elements and create smoke! I wanted to air fry some frozen spring rolls which I wouldn't expect to have much oil. Well the oil from them dripped down and it created so much smoke it was bellowing out of the oven and filling the kitchen with smoke. Also if you place a thermometer inside the oven you will quickly see that it never gets to the temperature that you have it set to. Therefore it takes much longer to cook food than in a normal toaster oven. I have had this oven for a couple months now so I am not sure if they will take it back or not, but either way I have to replace it. This toaster oven is just a waste of counter space.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: Hi Maggie, so far I haven't had any issues with my oven heating to temp. Usually takes 5-7 minutes, depending on how high a temp it's set to. You may want to exchange it for a new one if this problem still persists. Hope this is helpful.

A: I believe it is stainless steel throughout, I had to return the oven as it was much larger than I expected, it is not a compact small size counter top toaster oven.

Q: Hi I wanted to know if when baking a cake it is 350 degrees. I put a thermometer inside put it to 350 which was fine but then it keeps going up. It was past 400. Is this right?

A: Thank you. Well, placing the thermometer inside the oven does not necessary provide accurate readings of the actual temperature required for the baking. There are several factors which may affect measuring the heat accurately inside the oven: 1) Per the standard performance of Origin Equipment Manufacturer, when the temperature is set for 350 F its means the average temperature for baking 350F during the duty operation for the required duration as set forth prior to start the baking operation, which means it may go up and down by the thermostat, you may refer to the technical datasheet of the equipment for more details of the technical specifications and quality/performance . 2) The location of the thermometer is also affect the accuracy of the readings, whether its in front or center or at the far back.
