GAME CHANGER!

I killed my hand mixer making shortbread at Christmas and decided to use some Canadian Tire money to pick this up as it was on sale. I am so happy I did. I don't know why I put off getting a stand mixer for so long, this thing is a GAME CHANGER! My only complaint is that there aren't rubber sided paddle attachments that help scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl during mixing. At least none that I can find. There are also not as many attachments as the Kitchen Aid's so I will most likely upgrade but this thing works for what I needed it for and works very well. I very much enjoy it. I use it at least a couple times a week trying out something in the kitchen. Would get 5 starts if I could get the attachments that I want for this thing.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Assembled Dimensions Incorrect

The assembled dimensions for this item are listed as 9cm. There is no way this stand mixer is only 9cm in height. It must be 9 inches in height which would be close to 22cm. Canadian Tire, please change dimensions for all Cuisinart stand mixers to correct info

Q: How to change the language?

A: There is no option in the menu allowing to change the language once it is set, which is only possible when plugging in the appliance for the very first time. You have to reset the appliance to go back to the factory settings. I found nothing in the booklet nor online, but I was lucky to find the combination that allows to reset the appliance. Warning: if you already have saved programs with duration or speed, you'll lose everything. Here's how I did it: First, unplug the appliance. Press the main control button, hold it, and then plug back in the appliance. It should boot and display an option to reset the system, select this option. Then, turn off and on the appliance like you would normally do as if you were to use it. The menu to choose the language should appear at this time. I hope this helps!

Q: Does this mixer catch all the ingredients on the sides of the bowl. Do you need to buy the other beater to get to the sides?
