worst coffee maker ever

we bought this coffee maker back in mid September of 2024, we enjoy all our other vida products from pans to cutting boards. this coffee maker was simple to use but had many down sides.
no drip glass carafe would drip every pour
hot plate would heat the coffee to a roaring boil quickly ruining a pot of coffee.
finally, just yesterday the pot ended up cracking due to the high heat of the hot plate and I was forced to purchase yet another coffee maker.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Weak effort

Lid does not close after one use . Always drips during pour; does not halt when trying to grab a cup mid brew; reusable filter forces coffee grounds into pot. Looks pretty and brews quick but weak product design!!

Hot Coffee, But Clock doesn't work

Hot Coffee, But Clock doesn't work! I would set the clock, after an hour, the clock is ahead about 5 minutes, the next hour it's ahead by 10 minutes. After each hour, an extra 5 minutes is added to the time. I will say though, if you don't need the timer, this machine make great, HOT coffee! This is the first coffee maker I've had that actually made HOT COFFEE! It's a shame the clock didn't work!

A: Not really sure what size is the cuisinart coffee water filters. It's suggested to measure our current filter bracket size and compare with the cuisinart one.
