Q: I've got a standard 2" hitch bike rack. I've got a 70+ lb. step through e-bike. Can I 'hang' my ebike on this rack supported by this bike adapter (the adapter needs to support the full weight of the bike; is it strong enough?)
3 years agoA: I would be reluctant to hang 70lb on this. The loops ant the end of the bar are held on with what appears to me to be light duty pins. Not sure what they claim for official rating but I used it for Making a kids bike fit on my bike rake

Q: Maximum extension? What is the maximum span between seat and handle bars this can reach? My bike has a strange frame shape and I dont know if it will reach from the seat to handle
12 years agoA: This Alternative Bike Adapter is perfect for bikes with a strange frame shape, like folding bikes! The minimum length the adapter can span is 25.5“ and the maximum length is 31”
