It is sturdy and with all safety things, quite easy ro clean, but it's very difficult to work with. Need a lot of pressure to peel any fruit or veggie. I do not recommend, there is much better products to buy, to get simmilar peels

Awesome for carrots perfect for asian food and I imagine potatoes super skinny fries too! So much fun to use!! XO peelers rock! Been using the basic one for peeling carrots and potatoes for decades!
