Was looking forward to receiving theses boots they were delivered today only to find a big bulge on the bottom heel and a chunk of rubber missing from the bottom of the other heel.They are also a very stiff boot ...will be returned

Terrible quality.

Terrible quality. My wife wore these maybe 7 or 8 times to take a walk locally. Within a month of purchase the soles had holes in them, seriously. Returned for a full refund with no problem.
