The Outbound Multi-Purpose Rope is an incredibly versatile, high strength rope that is great for outdoor applications such as camping, hunting, and fishing. Featuring a braided polypropylene outer design with a polyester interior, this camping rope has a safe work load of up to 33 lbs (15 kg). The low-stretch rope is weather-resistant and quick drying, though it does not lose strength when wet. A reusable spool is included for easy storage and transportation.

Decent rope, but not for my purpose of a bear hang, its prone to catch on tree bark more than paracord. It did not serve well for throwing over a tree limb due to this. Its fiberous outside catches on everything.

Q: What material is it really? In one place they say it is Nylon rope, then in another place it's described as polyester-inner/polypropylene-outer, neither of which is the same as 'Nylon'. CT please get your facts straight.

A: Most ‘Nylon’ ropes are made of the same material and have the same description whether it’s Canadian tire, Amazon, Home Depot, Rona, ropes.com, etc.
