    Impossible to zip

The net is in perfect condition; however the zipper only zips a third of the way through. It seems like the two sides are misaligned.

Don't buy this brand, didn't last 2 seasons!!

Didn't make it two seasons! It's completely torn at the seams around base in multiple spots and every single pole at the top the net is shredded and hanging. Pretty awful workmanship and material combo. My advise is Invest in a better brand trampoline as the pad around the springs is also coming apart along the seams in over 50% of the circumference in less than 2years of overship.

No, I do not recommend this product.

    Dangerous “Safety Net”

I have removed the safety net all together due to how unsafe the safety net is. It instantly ripped when you even try to put on the trampoline. I am glad to see that the trampoline is no longer for sale. I grew up with a trampoline without a safety net and never got hurt. The “safety nets” on all trampolines are more dangerous than not having one at all. It’s another way for manufacturers to make money by selling basically garbage. I am very dissatisfied with this product.

No, I do not recommend this product.

    Absolute Garbage

We have owned this trampoline for two summers and overall, found it to be reasonable quality. That being said, we noticed this summer (3rd year) that the mesh had started to tear in various spots. We purchased a replacement net and attempted to swap the old net out. The pegs around the top of the trampoline had broken in a number of spots however, we successfully made the switch. It wasn't more than two days later, that the zipper around the base started to tear apart, followed shortly thereafter by tearing around the top of the net. Here we are, two weeks in and the mesh has torn in 5 different spots and the zipper has completely failed around the entire base. We can't replace the net, as taking it apart for a second time would cause the pegs to completely fall apart. Given that we are unable to order replacement pegs, we are forced to leave this net where it is until the entire unit falls apart. Absolutely desgraceful.

No, I do not recommend this product.

The first zipper was defective, but after the exchange, it went well. Good quality, previous one lasted 5 years.

Q: Hello, Does the net include the frame that goes on top (similar to a hoop that attaches to the vertical poles)? Thank you!

    1 Answer
    • A: Everything included on the image online is included with the purchase. The vertical poles and netting is included. The top of the trampoline does not have additional poles but the material/stitching is reinforced for added protection and durability.
