Great tube awful customer service

The tube itself was great but it came with a hole in it. When we went to return it customer service was horrible they refused to let us order it online stating it would be over 2 weeks before it came in which we said we weee fine with, they refused to have one from another store sent closer to our location instead they told us to drive over an hour out of town to get another one at a different store if we wanted it. We wanted the tube but not enough to drive over an hour away. Very dismissive all around. We won’t be going back to that location unfortunately.
