The Outbound Inflatable Kayak with Paddle is a 2-person kayak with included paddles, pump, fins, carry bag, and repair patch. With quick-release valves and a drain valve, setup is easy. The form-fitted construction prevents water entry into the cockpit. Two removable fins provide directional support. The comfortable cockpit has 2 inflatable seats and cushioned backrests.

We bought this at the beginning of August and have used it 4 times already. It's fantastic for casual water fun. It was easy to blow up, we bought an electric pump but the foot pump it comes with was actually quicker. It's heavy and feels very sturdy when on the water. Comfy to sit, we do 1.5 hours at a time and no air was coming out, kept inflated the whole time. Not just a floaty toy at all. I feel like this was the best summer purchase ever.

Great gem of a find

I bought this today 28 Aug 2025, as it was a keep only item, previously returned due to not being sturdy, and for $50 who could say no. This kayak is a gem. Glides smoothly, not tippy (used the large rudder) and is quick. My son and I were in it, totalling 280ish pounds and this thing boogied. I’m a paddle instructor so I know how to brace when he was getting in and out and he held it for me to get out and no problems! Pants and sweater stayed relatively dry, just some drips from the paddling. Remember to remove rutter when bringing it in and it is super light for both of us to lift. Just a fun toy to paddle around with at the cottage.

This kayak is exactly what I wanted for cruising along the beach. Very easy to manoeuvre in calm waters. Easy to assemble—my only complaint is that the pump is very short and uncomfortable to operate.

J'ai été attiré par le prix attractif et cherchant un kayak gonflable j'ai choisi le modèle 2 places, car il est modulable et on peut choisir d'installer uniquement un siège au lieu de 2. Je suis très satisfait de la rapidité et la facilité à le mettre à l'eau. Il a l'air solide et il est très stable sur l'eau. Les rames fournies sont très efficaces et le système pour retenir l'eau permet un ballade sur l'eau sans être mouillé. Le seul bémol, c'est le dossier du siège que je n'ai pas encore réussi à ajuster parfaitement. Pour tout le reste, je suis totalement satisfait.

Q: How do you keep the covers over. The bow and stern smooth when inflating? Also, how secure are the seams (they look quite thin). Have there been any issues with splitting?

A: Thanks for your questions! When inflated to the recommended pressure, the covers over the bow and stern stay smooth and tight because of the way the chambers are designed. As for the seams, they’re made from durable PVC and reinforced to handle regular use. We haven’t seen issues with splitting when the kayak is used and stored properly, but as with any inflatable, it’s important not to overinflate and to keep it out of extreme heat when not in use.
