I purchase this product online and had 5 days to pick it up which normally would be okay but we had a major snow storm hit and the hyway to I would talk to get to this store to pick up was closed for 4 days. When I called and asked for an extension on pick up all they would offer me was 2 days. Between work and the roads this made it difficult for this to happen.

Good for price luggage set.

I bought this (set of luggage) last month and got it for a great price. The luggage finishing looks good and in good shape. However the material is weak and flimsy. The handle is weak and will break after few use. The siding already has a dent mark and since the material is plastic it is blemished. I can see after few use travelling with it, I will have to replace. I am hoping to get at least 10-15 trips out of it before replacing.

A: Thanks for the measurements Jennifer. At 23 inch high the carry on is too tall for Air Canada Carry on which is 21.5 inches tall including wheels and the strap.

A: The zipper on the big suitcase ripped on our first trip. I returned them as soon as we got back. I believe you have a year to return them. My recommendation would be to return them and get something else.

A: It was a simple 3 digit lock. Tiny one, I store it in a pocket of the biggest case but never used.
