This luggage was either severely damaged by the airport personnel or the quality of the luggage was faulty. I used this luggage on July 25,2025 for a 4.5 hour flight, when I picked the luggage up at baggage counter the suitcase was missing one wheel causing the unit unfit to pull. This is very disappointing for me because I loved the colour and size of this luggage.
