Si c’est la seule pince que vous avez ou que vous pouvez avoir, c’est mieux que rien. Mais j’ai trouvé difficile de tenir fermé sur la tique et en même temps tourner. On finit par y arriver mais je vais investir dans un meilleur kit puisque mon chien va souvent dans la nature et le bois.

Was hoping to find a "Tick Key"

Was actually looking for the Tick Key, which is no longer carried by CT here in Welland. Our groomer has one, which is why we were looking for one.
This tick remover is a pretty simple plastic encasing with a 2-prong puller inside, similar to a tool I already have to reach into hard-to-get-at places to yank out small items.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: How do you use it....? It doesn't come with instructions and the internet says "all tools are different"

A: Depress the white end, like a mechanical pencil or pen. Place the slotted end over the ticks head. DO NOT TWIST. Although many tools say to do so, simply pull straight back. Ticks do not have “screw” mouths, so twisting can break them in your skin. If this tool doesn’t work, use pointed tweezers to do the same thing.
