Outbound Carry On Woes

I bought this carry on luggage, sadly the pull handle fell apart on the second trip. I've tried contacting Canadian Tire regarding Outbound parts and repair. No luck.

This luggage is flimsy it couldn't stand firm on it's 4 wheels and falls over.

The suitcase is durable. However, the wheels did not roll properly once it had clothing in it and it was very hard to move when walking.
