A: there are no privacy flaps, only the screen mesh that keeps bugs out... more or less. They still get in through many openings near the top but it's better than nothing.

A: Not entirely true. The canopy is closer to 96" x 96". The poles come off at a cant, and therefore the legs end up at close to 120" x 120". It is what I expected, but inaccurate measurement claims bug me.

A: This product does not come with a base, the flooring is open to allow placement over items such as picnic tables. I ground cloth can be purchased separately for additional coverage.
