Picked up on sale. Good floor, used an under lay tarp and a patio matt for inside. It is big but it was great to have plenty of room to move around. Great to see color coded poles and rods, it took 15 minutes to put up. Lots of airflow with many windows to open as well. Very much like the high sides to help keep dirt and critters out. Also purchased larger 9" tent pegs. Happy with purchase.
