Phone falls out

Okay, phone comes out on the corners. I had one that cracked and got a replacement. The replacement does the same thing. The top half of the phone will be completely out of the case. Doesn’t do my much good for protection. I won’t buy another one after I get a new phone.

Not really what I was looking for

I was not expecting the case to have a screen that is impossible to use for scrolling. Customer service has not reached back out to me after I requested a refund a week ago.
