    J'ai acheté ce produit en janvier 2014, en spécial heureusement...après 4 mois d'usage en moyenne 2 fois par semaine maximum la commande de portion des tasses ne fonctionne plus . Elle ne me donne que des très petite tasses , je dois répéter mon infusion 3 à 4 fois pour réussir à avoir une grande tasse .Je ne recommande vraiment pas ce produit même en spécial.

    I will say they (Oster) stand behind their products even though they are of very poor quality. The first one was recalled, then replacment stopped brewing all together, and the third one only brews small 4 oz cups and getting smaller. If you do buy one keep the box paper work etc. or you may not get service after the CTC warrenty.

    No, I do not recommend this product.

    Bought this unit almost 3 months ago but the reservoir is now leaking water. Contacted Oster and would have to take in the entire coffee maker to the service centre and be without until it is repaired. So I decided to return it at Walmart because it has been under 3 months. I was 70% satisfied with this unit but now I am undecided. I liked the brewing sizes 6 oz and 10 oz. But the K-cups can be expensive so we try to use the K-Cup reusable filter ($19.99) and add our own coffee but the filter is tricky to clean but worth it I guess. The kids miss the hot chocolate brand of Green Mountain.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Q: I have the Oster Keurig coffee maker and the Keurig re-usable coffee basket, but the basket doesn't fit into the coffee pod area. t It looks like what's stopping it is a whitish translucent plastic piece that sticks up in the coffee pod area on the bottom towards the back. How can I use a refillable coffee basket? Thanks.

    Q: wht is wrong with my oster it makes the sound and heats water but does not make it wont brew ya like i said it makes the noises and dosnt brew please help hate spendin money on things that only last a month

No worries, we are here to help. Please try the troubleshooting steps below. 1. Ensure that the cup size selector is set to the larger icon (10 ounces) for a larger cup of coffee. 2. Depending on the types of Keurig® K-Cup® used, the dispensing needle on the KG5 can become clogged, which may slow the brew process. If it seems like this is happening you can use a small tool similar to a paper clip to unclog the needle. Your Oster® Single Serve with Keurig Technology Coffee Maker has a 1-year limited warranty. If this doesn't resolve your issue, we'd like to kindly request that you contact us directly to help you get to the best resolution. Have a good day!

    Q: Why does my oster keurig machine have blinking light when you want to brew? Model number BVSTKG5-033

    • A: Thanks for reaching out! Blinking indicators mean that there is not enough water in the reservoir to brew the selected serving size. Please re-fill the reservoir and start again. Using distilled or reverse osmosis water can trick the KG5 into thinking there is not enough water in the reservoir, meaning it needs to be refilled. If this happens, empty your reservoir of distilled water and switch to non-distilled water.
