These long fibrous casings allow you to make a generous amount of your own homemade sausage in one go. Each package contains seven clear plastic tubes measuring 2.5 inches by 20 inches, making around 21 pounds of sausage possible. Simply fill the casings with your favorite sausage blend of meats and spices, tie them at intervals, and boil, bake or smoke to create an impressive spread for any barbecue.
