Bought this model as a Christmas Gift. It was charged it for a full day, tried to use it but it would all of sudden stop. So it was put back on the charger for another 24 hour but got the same results. I returned it to the store for a full refund and bought the next model up (Pro 500+). Hoping to get better results this time. We have had an Oral-B's electric toothbrush for years with never an issue. Very disappointed in this current model.
