Q: Does this cut inside the l8d for draining things like tuna
3 years agoA: No it does not. It cuts the side of the can rather than the top, so the lid can't be used to squeeze the tuna like a top-cut

Q: Does this need two hands to operate? I have an elderly relative who has arthritis and only partial use of one hand after a stroke. How many of the functions can be used one handed?
3 years agoA: I have arthritis in my hands and have found this can opener very easy to use. It does take both hands to use but use the good hand to close the handles on the can then hold the handles with the partial use hand and turn the handle with the good hand. This works for me. Hope it works for you as well.
