Awful soap barely bubbly

Just grabbed this item on impulse because the price was so good. Think it was under $2. It's actually awful and would not recommend. It's supposed to smell like green apple but doesn't. It doesn't get bubbly or soapy like other soaps. Not a good product at all, save your toonie.

This Old Dutch dish soap made in Canada is an excellent value. We just tried it in our search for a Canadian alternative to the American brands. We are quite pleased with it and plan to keep buying it.
Initially, it seemed a little more watery than the other brand we had been using but it cleans well, has a pleasant scent and we are not using it up any faster than the American brand which was twice the price, so it is a winner all around and I recommend it.
I plan to try the other Old Dutch laundry detergent, and fabric softener next, and will review them after I do.
