The OEMTOOLS® Radiator & Cap Test Kit allows technicians to easily test cooling system caps and pressurized radiators for leaks on most domestic and imported cars and light trucks. This handy kit includes a chrome-plated hand pump with 12 inch hose that reads pressure in PSI and KPA, two 32 mm ID radiator adapters in 9.5 mm and 15 mm depths, and one rotating lever cap adapter for fine pressure adjustment and safe release. With durable chrome-plated components and a sturdy moulded carry case, this useful leak detection kit contains everything needed to accurately test cooling system caps and radiators on a wide range of vehicles.

Fits most domestic and imported cars and light trucks with large style caps mid 1990 and newer
Hand pump and tester head with a 12" hose reads pressure in PSI and KPA
The set comes with (2) adapters for 32 mm ID cap systems (9.5 mm and the 15 mm depths) and (1) cap adapter with a rotating lever for fine pressure adjustments and safe pressure release

7 months agoA: Thanks for your inquiry, Hoyt. Unfortunately, this kit would require the OEMTOOLS 27252R BMW 3, 5 & 6 Series Radiator Adapter to work on your BMW. This adapter is currently not available with Canadian Tire. Your might want to check with you local Canadian Tire Auto Department as they might have another suggestion.

Q: It says 3 popular sized caps included... I'd like to know exact sizes. Ie is one a 45.2mm cap?
7 years agoA: The OEM Radiator & Cap Test Kit (1250063) has an outside diameter of 50mm. The inside diameter of this product is 41mm.

Q: Would it work on snowmobiles?
7 years agoA: Unfortunately we do not have fitment data for snowmobile applications and there is a wide range of styles across the various model years and manufacturers. If you would like to forward us year, make and model we may be able to investigate and confirm but note that this is a Loaner Tool and therefore there is no cost to try the kit assuming you return it to the store within 72 hours.
