Be careful- it leaks!!

Had the original one years ago with no issues. Got the black “newer version” and first time using it, it leaked thru entire bottom on inside of the unit, outside and where the top screws on. Had to stop it immediately thinking it wasn’t on tight enough, upon realizing it was definitely tight enough (as I already know how to use it) so it was a sloppy disappointment and I haven’t reached for it again as the main reason why I got it was for a “easy clean-up”. Could be its defective but it’s too time consuming to send it back etc

A: I wouldn't use it for crushing ice. They're too hard. This is perfect for blending fruit for smoothies. I would suggest the style up from this one for crushed ice.

A: Yes, it would for sure. We make smoothies out of frozen fruit all the time. Mango chunks, banana chunks, berries all blend up fine from frozen.

A: my nutri bullet has a second blade but really use my magic bullet for grinding nuts. I have the Nutri bullet 900 which only came with one blade for smoothies and mixing and am happy with it. So. lt really sure that ans your question
