Perfect size for the smoker

This rack is a game changer for use with my Masterbuilt 560 smoker. I folded up the grate’s handles so it fits in the smoker perfectly and it covers the whole grilling surface. Now I can take out wings and riblets, put the grate in the tray without dripping, flip them and put them back in the smoker without dropping the temperature of the smoker. Works great for setting up salmon pieces before heading outside too. The drip tray is the key, it holds the drips and you can soak the grate after cooking.
