The NordicTrack EXP 10i treadmill has a 3.5 CHP motor that delivers a challenging maximum running speed of 12MPH. Featuring a decline/incline range of -3% to 15% to simulate real world landscapes and a spacious 20in x 60in running deck that’s supported by FlexSelect adjustable cushioning, the EXP 10i has been designed to deliver a safe, comfortable and effective run.

No, I do not recommend this product.

We bought a Nordic EXP 10i from Canadian Tire ending of 2022. The equipment was well used and well maintained. Only 2 adults were using it. By ending of 2024, we have had all kinds of software issues after another. A lady called Lay in their technical support recommended a tablet replacement at a cost of over 1000 Dollars US. THIS IS A GARBAGE PRODUCT, PLEASE DO NOT BUY.

I hate that you pretty much had to get an expensive subscription to enjoy the treadmill. Without it you’re constantly seeing an error message, the call Center even shows they are no longer in service.
You can’t even have access to basic running options like cheap treadmills would have.
I bought it on sale as a floor model, I learnt my lesson.

I just bought this machine and found out that without internet it's useless for listening to music to connecting to your smartphone. I am returning it. I can buy one for less without iFit and still listen to music

A: Yes, it requires wifi to access the iFit content and google maps virtual courses. You can also use it as a basic treadmill without wifi by simply adjusting your speed and incline with the buttons.

A: Hi. You can use it without, just use the manual button, but the IFIT is awesome. If you register it with Nordic Track, which is recommended, they can tell you about warranty. I absolutely love mine and use it everyday.

Q: The specs on this site do not match the manufacturers specs. Can someone confirm the size of the tread belt and the motor CHP? the 10i is supposed to be 2.75 CHP with a 20"x55" tread belt.

A: According to my tape measure the tread is 20 x 59 inches … and the CHP is 3.5 on the Nordic Track that I have I have the EXP 10i
