Sleek looking, compact, instructions could be more clear when putting it together. Does work great, love the big screen but the screen does not go into sleep mode every time you pull out the key. Overall happy with the product

Treadmill Nordic Track

Im glad is was not assembled as it is very heavy to go up two flights of stairs. Easy to assemble. Using it without the iFit membership with no problems. It runs quietly and has a soft landing. I’m 70 years old and I use it to run and cross train with a brisk walk uphill. I like my purchase.

Screen frozen at iFit Blue logo and won't start

I bought this machine less than 1 year ago Nov 2024, it works fine . system frozen after couple month use, then I did reset on the pinhole it works at that time.
Two days ago, same issue happened , and I'm trying to do the reset , but it still frozen at the iFIT blue logo, won't get it work. Now the Machine won't turn on , nothing shows up at the screen.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Adequate treadmill for home. Promised , paid for in home delivery was refused and no reimbursement for that service offered despite phone call. Would not pay for this nonexistent delivery service in the future.

A: Donald Thank you for your question. Without a paid iFIT Membership, the console can be used in the manual mode. Your progress in your workout will be displayed on an oval track on the screen. Q: Can't connect iPhone to the treadmill through bluetooth. Tried through iFit app and console. I have tried all of the trouble shooting tips to no avail. Is this treadmill able to connect via bluetooth to listen to music from my iPhone?

A: Bruce We are sorry for any miscommunication regarding the Bluetooth features on our EXP 10i Treadmill. The console on this machine is Bluetooth compatible with Bluetooth smart heart rate monitors as well as Bluetooth enabled headphones. At this time, the console cannot connect to smart devices to play audio through the treadmill speakers. With that being said, when paired iFIT Membership, users can connect a Spotify account and play music from the Spotify app on the console. Q: How long is the cord, from the treadmill to the plug?

A: Jennifer The standard power cord length for most treadmills is about 6 feet from treadmill to plug. We recommend using a surge protector, which can also be used to lengthen the cord if needed.
