2 Electronic boards failed when I ran less that 400 km. The first one was the motor controller that was replaced under warranty. Now that the treadmill is out of warranty, the console software caused an issue. Contacted customer support and they told me I need to replace the Console that is 50% of the treadmill price.
Not acceptable. No more Norditrack for me.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Not sturdy enough

The weight capacity is NOT 300lbs. I weigh 220lbs and the deck has now broken twice. The first time it took 5 months to get ICON to honor the warranty and fix it. This time, I am yet to hear back from them despite them having assured they’d extend the warranty to cover the replacement deck.
Unless you weigh well under 200lbs, or you’re only planning on walking on it, look elsewhere. It’s not built for heavier athletes actually running on it.
No, I do not recommend this product.

acheter et très décus

Avons acheter le tapis. Après un certains temps se met à mal fonctionner on endure mais finalement on se résigne à tenter de joindre le service après vente. impossible de joindre après 2 mois de gossage on fini par nous faire dire d'aller se chercher un nouveau tapis. on reçoit le tapis et il a été mal assembler à l'usine. l'arbre qui tient le tapis était mal installer dans son réceptacle.
Finalement, on le met dessus. Le tapis fonctionne bien pendant 2 mois et il se met à mal fonctionner. Le tapis à l'air bon mais il n'est pas durable.

noise from motor

found noise from motor at 1st use. like there is something inside the motor. it happen at slow speed like level 1. we just avoid level 1 . try to phone customer service but they work same hour as I do

Works fine, so far.

Treadmill does what I bought it for. The touchscreen is a bit slow to start, so turn it on a few minutes before you are ready to begin workout. The ifit app works good but doesn't download all the workouts that I would like. And for some reason my track seems to make a noise while in use (haven't figured that out yet). But overall, treadmill seems to work fine.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Once assembled, the height of this treadmill is 6.66 feet tall, the length is 6.76 feet long, and the width is 38.2 inches. A: Tracyp The platform on this treadmill is 10.75” from the floor. At 5’8” this would put the top of the user’s head at about 6’5” high. You’d have a full foot up before the 7’5” ceiling. Q: I am not very interested in the iFIT at all... are the 38 built in workouts included with the treadmill or do you have to be subscribed to iFIT to be able to access those?

A: The machine can be operated on manual mode without a subscription. But you can’t save workout settings or heart rate data etc. Mine came with a complimentary 1year subscription to iFit. I’ve been using it regularly and I feel it’s very worthwhile. You will be able to use the machine’s capabilities more fully and have access to resources that can help you train better and have more fun while doing it, which is important for staying motivated and consistent. You’ll get more out of the machine, in my opinion.
