Q: The summary description says for 200sq feet rooms, but in the specifications it says 200 sq meters (2152 sq feet). Can you please confirm this is for 200 sq feet rooms (a small room).

Q: I plugged my purifier in and it worked as it should. I came back into the room about an hour later and the fan wasn't on and the blue light was glowing. I moved to another room and the the fan will not spin. Is this unit defective?
6 years agoA: There is an auto function on this unit where the fan turns off automatically when the air is good and the blue light means the air is clean. You can try restarting the unit, if that doesn’t work you can reach out to our customer service for more assistance (1-866-827-4985).
