Lourd, utilisation difficile à une main…Difficile à manier dans les coins, tuyau n’est pas flexible du tout, un casse tête à monter les différentes pièces … Aspire correctement mais je suis morte après utilisation de 30 min.

I thought this vacuum was the same as the other one I had that was a surface elite. Not! The power cord is quite a bit shorter, and the wand is pretty much useless. If using the utensil, it requires one to bend over quite a bit, unlike the other one where you could still stand up straight. Many parts are a flimsy plastic, unlike the other one. I am very disappointed in this, and because of the quality of the plastic, do not expect it to last long
No, I do not recommend this product.

Dandy unit. Works well getting long dog hair out of the rugs. I particularly like it's size - it fits in the broom closet which the old one it's replacing didn't.
