My Favourite Vacuum I have ever had !

I have had 4 vacuum cleaners since being a home owner and this is by far the best vacuum I have ever had. I have had it for 2 years now and it still works with the same power and suction like the day I bought it! It is so sleek and navigates well around turns. The light is a bonus when you get to darker spots needing to be vacuumed. The filters are easy to remove and clean. I will definitely buy another one when the day comes that I need to but I don't anticipate that being for a number of years. I have recommended it to family and friends too! Never stop making this vacuum Noma!!!

Don’t buy this

I bought this vacuum a year and a half ago. Within the year the hose broke, got a replacement from Canadian Tire for free - awesome! The hose on the replacement vacuum just broke and now I’m stuck with it.

It is lightweight and cord seems longer than most. HEPA filter is a nice touch, and it is very good at containing mess despite being bagless. The accessories are pretty standard, nothing to exciting but they work as they should. There is a bit of a forward motion assist without being too strong. Pretty good range for any awkward turns or reaching under things. I love that I can take it apart to make doing the stairs easier. Oh and awesome that there is the option to toggle hard floor mode versus carpet mode, turning the beating brush on and off. I hope this vacuum lasts me many years :)

If you buy it and try it you will be stuck with it

I bought this vacuum and tried it for less than a haft hour and found that it is only good as a upright, the removeable cannister with it's short hard flex hose is almost useless as a portable vacuum, so I returned it to the north Lethbridge store a few hours later and they refused to take it back. I called Canadian Tire customer service and they said it was up to the local store if they will return it or not as you used it and to call Noma's service number, they just parrot what Canadian Tire said, so you end up stuck with it, had no problems with returns from other store's.

No, I do not recommend this product.
