Product directions where easy enough to follow for installation. Unfortunately right from the start there has been a throbbing noise when the power of on. Noise stops instantly when power is turned off, so assume its to do with the motor rather than the blades. Following up on return options.

According to the electrician that installed it, it is a good product. Easy to assemble, nice to have a remote (although the batteries that were included were dead). Lastly, this unit makes a bit of noise but not an overwhelming amount.

Love this fan. It is quiet and moves air both slow or fast, better than a ceiling hugger. We own two of them and they were a godsend during the heat wave of 2024. They are also beneficial in winter to eliminate cool spots by equalizing the temperature. The remote control is great when in bed.

A: In my experience with the dimmable light, I just used a plain bulb and had more success that way, than with an actual dimmable bulb? Go figure...other than that feature we love our fan.

Q: We have two. One in each bedroom and when we shut the light off in bedroom 1, bedroom 2 fan also goes off.

A: You need to change the frequence for one of the remotes. If you open the remote cover (where the battery is), you will see a small blue box. The default is 1234 for all. You just need to change one control AND the fan for the same sequence. The wireless box for the fan is inside the cover, close to the ceiling. (You number could be 123 lower and #4 higher). That way, you will not control all units in the house with the same frequence.

Q: Is the light in the ceiling fan dimmable?

A: The light is dimmable, however on mine it makes a horrible buzzing noise. The fan also makes a noise. Another unit I installed (from another company), which was admittedly double the price is silent all around -- so I can not recommend this product at all. (Well, it does look nice at least) I should have exchanged it, but it was more work than I had time for before wedding.

Q: Mine worked fine for a year or 2, now the fixture is not responding to the remote.Batteries are fine, remote indicator light flashes for both lamp and motor, but neither respond. Any ideas?

A: Pas hyper clair, nous c'est que nous voulions pour la chambre à coucher. En plus là nuit elle fait comme une genre de veilleuse, très pâle pour ne pas déranger le sommeil mais juste parfait. Il y a un gradateur sur la télécommande alors peut-être que c'est nous que ne là mets pas plus forte, Mais je l'adore, silencieuse et jolie

Q: Can you get a stonger light for this fan, its 60 watts and very dull can you purchase a 100W.

A: I haven’t tried this, but I think you should be able to replace the 60 W equivalent LED that comes with the fan with a brighter one. It’s just a matter of finding the right size. Make sure that the electrical capacity of the fan isn’t exceeded, they usually tell you what the maximum power of the LED can be.
